Christen Baglaneas has more than twelve years of experience in corporate communications, investor relations, public relations, brand development and government affairs within the healthcare industry. She partners closely with executive leadership teams to develop and execute strategic communications programs that support corporate growth, investor engagement, and key business milestones across companies of varying size and stage.
Prior to joining Rezolute, Ms. Baglaneas led corporate communications and investor relations at Theseus Pharmaceuticals, a targeted oncology biopharmaceutical company, where she played a central role in expanding the investor base and shaping both corporate and program-specific messaging through the company’s initial public offering and multiple clinical data readouts.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Baglaneas held roles of increasing responsibility overseeing corporate communications strategy for several biotechnology companies focused on metabolic and rare diseases. She also led public relations efforts for the life sciences and corporate transactions practices at the global law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and previously managed communications for a congressional campaign in Massachusetts.
Ms. Baglaneas holds a B.A. in English Literature and Art History from Providence College.
